RDC makes every effort to carefully manufacture our products to the highest standards of quality assurance. Implied warranties are limited in duration to the life of this warranty.

Fully Isolated Products

RDC warrants all fully isolated products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. This is because RDC makes industrial products with only industrial-quality components. Furthermore, our designs have been refined over the years to include the small details ignored by our competitors - details such as surge protection on the power supply input and even DC in-rush protection. RDC is fully confident in the survivability of our fully isolated products.

On fully isolated products, damage due to improper installation, lightning, or over-voltage will be covered at the discretion of RDC. This warranty is considered void when there is damage due to improper use, negligence, accident, unauthorized service, or the incidental or consequential damages beyond the RDC products themselves.

Partially Isolated Products

RDC warrants our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. On partially isolated products, this warranty is considered void when there is damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, over-voltage, negligence, accident, unauthorized service, or the incidental or consequential damages beyond the RDC products themselves.

RDC cannot warranty partially isolated products as long since they are much easily damaged due to improper installation. Or even if installed properly today, careless future changes at site may damage the isolators.

30-day Money-Back Guarantee

RDC guarantees certain products are suitable for certain tasks (see the product specification for details). Should these products fail to perform the specified tasks within the limits of the specification, a full refund will be made after the products have been returned and deemed re-marketable.

RDC reserves the right to withhold a 20% re-stocking fee if the product is not deemed to be in re-marketable condition.

Return Policy

If you feel that you have a defective product, please contact RDC for details before returning the item, shipping charges prepaid. Please include a written explanation of the problem.

Customers who are granted credit terms may request an exchange product to be shipped prior to returning the defective product - however requesting such an exchange will constitute an agreement to purchase the exchange product at the current market price should the returned product be out of warranty or the warranty be voided.

RDC reserves the right to charge a 20% refurbishment fee if the returned product is working and not deemed to be in re-marketable condition.

RDC will pay the return shipping charges on warranty repairs, but the customer will be billed for shipping charges on warranty voided / out of warranty items.
