3-year Warranty
RobustDC warrants all fully-isolated products to be
free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of three (3) years
from date of original purchase.We make every effort to carefully manufacture our
products to the highest standards of quality assurance.On fully isolated
products, damage due to to improper installation, lightning, or over-voltage will
be covered at the discretion of RobustDC. This warranty does not cover damage
due to improper use, negligence, accident, unauthorized service, or the incidental
or consequential damages beyond the RobustDC products themselves.Implied warranties
are limited in duration to the life of this warranty.How can we do this
when the market standard is only 1 year? RobustDC makes industrial products with
only industrial-quality components. Plus our designs have been refined over the
years to include the small details ignored by our competition - details such as
surge protection on the power supply input and even DC in-rush protection. RobustDC
is fully confident in the survivablilty of our fully isolated products.

every effort to carefully manufacture our products to the highest standards of
quality assurance.On partially isolated products, this warranty does not
cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, over-voltage, negligence,
accident, unauthorized service, or the incidental or consequential damages beyond
the RobustDC products themselves. Implied warranties are limited in duration to
the life of this warranty.RobustDC cannot warranty partially isolated products
as long since they are much easier for users to damage due to improper installation.
Or even if installed properly today, careless future changes at site may damage
the isolators.
Unlike some firms which do not claim that their products are good for any thing
at all, RobustDC guarentees certain products are suitable for certain tasks (see
the product specification for details). Should these products fail to perform
the specified tasks within the limits of the specification, RobustDC will refund
your money. Products must be in new, remarketable condition - including all documentation
and packaging. RobustDC reserves the right to with-hold a 20% re-stocking fee
if the product is not in a remarketable condition.
However, if you feel that you have a defective
product, please contact RobustDC for authorization before returning item for repair or replacement.
Upon receiving authorization, return the product
to us, shipping charges prepaid. Include a written
explanation of the problem. Customers granted credit
terms by RobustDC may request an exchange product
be shipped prior to returning the defective product
- however requesting such an exchange constitues
agreement to purchase the exchange product at the
current market price should the damaged product
be out of warranty or the warranty be voided as
defined below. RobustDC will pay the return shipping
charges on warranty repairs, but thecustomer will
be billed for shipping charge on normal repaired
items.
